Do Open Houses Work?

Today’s seller tip is about one piece of my marketing program which is the open house schedule.

In my experience, I recommend two weekends of open house since I always get new buyers visiting on the second weekend who typically end up submitting an offer.

My focus is to market to the widest group of buyers looking in your price range so that we can get the highest number of offers since competition drives price.

We will talk more about the pros & cons with accepting a pre-emptive offer vs. setting an offer date.
